Has anybody heard of doctor Faathil Salih Al-samarae?

Apparently, he is an amazing interpreter of the Qur’an. He is Iraqi and only speaks Arabic. So, I doubt there are any translations of his interpretations. But, even a religious man who barely accepts told me that he was masha’allah, able to interpret the Qur’an with very good knowledge. You usually find him in the ‘Al-shariqa’ television. Anyone (Arabs) here watches it?
