Who was better for the Falcons: Mike Vick or Matt Ryan ?

Matt Ryan resume isn't complete yet,but he's a better drop back per and probably at running a offense,but Vick brought all the intangibles to the table the ability to create something out of nothing unlike a lot of other QB.
