Forget the name of this movie! HELP PLEASE?

ok so i rem. watching this movie forget the story line but i know in the movie theres like this rivalry against these bikers and gangsters and i think the bikers kill one of the gangsters brothers or something dont remember much of it but i remember at the end the leader biker gets this bike that's spose to be the fastest bike in the world. that's all i remember
