How Do I Get Baby to Take Pacifier?

My daughter has a very big need to suck, but she will NOT take a pacifier. She is fed and uses me as a pacifier instead. It's getting very stressful because I cannot just let her lay on me all day long. But, if I take her off the , she cries. If I try to give her a paci, she gets angry. I've tried several different kinds, including the soothie, NUK, avent, mam...with no luck. Does anyone have any tips or advice?
