Use a soft box or a a small flash diffuser.shooting in a smal chappel at 5 pm not great lighting some windows?

Room has a weird yellow light haze look. Weird I think its due to the light covers in the chapel. What to buy? Don't want to bump up ISO and I hate that harsh flash look.
