1994 Dodge Dakota electrical question?

I am repairing a friend`s truck as a favor and I am having a troubleshooting issue. Initially no brake lights worked (except the middle one on tail gate), no turn signal bulbs illuminated, no tail lights worked. I replaced the multifunction switch on the column and all bulbs work now but no flashers work. If I turn on the hazzards both tail lights just go bright and don`t flash. Turn signals do nothing. no clicking, nothing. Replaced the flasher relays. any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
