Any suggestions for a palm pilot- like device for scheduling and internet usage w/o necissity for phone svc??

I have a cell phone that is paid for by my company, but I am looking for a PDA for scheduling and other functions that has internet Wi-Fi abilities. I do not need any phone service, so I'm looking for a standalone, like a Palm Pilot. Do you have any suggestions for quality and good pricing?
