Boys!!!!!!!!..........?

I like this one boy, and idk if he likes me!! Everytime that we hang out someone brings up us 2 dating and he always mentions something about us not dating. and so i ask him why and he just umes that iwant to go out with him. I do but my mom noes him 2 well and he has a gf. I no his WHOLE family and his sister N I are TITE! Then.. theres this other boy, i had a HUGE crush on ALL yr last yr. every1 new he barely made it look like i exsisted. so i said i will NOT like him again this year.well i do, and everytime that i look over i catch him staring at me.. UGH! help?!
