Easiest way to learn spanish tenses?

I know present, conditional.. that's it. I have learnt preterite and future but i just forget them! I also want to learn imperfect, perfect, subjunctive.. and other useful tenses. Any of you know a really easy way, or a way that helps you remember how to learn the tenses? Gracias :)
