Is racial profiling constitutional?

If Mcveigh had a white accomplice that drove a blue van. I would expect the cops to start pulling white people over who were driving a blue van. It would not make sense to pull over a black guy driving a blue van would it? On another note since you are concerned with illegal search and sesiure. How can you people walk into work and get orderd by a company that they must go get a random piss test even though there is no cause?
