Is there any doubt that Tim Burton will re-make The Wizard of Oz (details)?

He's remade Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, and barely changer the title, he jusr remade Alice in Wonderland, so does anyone doubt he will remake The Wizard of Oz next? Also, since Johnny Depp is in all of his movies now, who will he play? Scarecrow? And what childhood fantasy will he reboot after The Wizard of Oz? Peter Pan?
