PIONS fans - what do you think is going on with Gwen?

At first she was shown being tied up in bed and acting scared when she heard a male voice in the room. All of a sudden she tells Ethan to leave her alone - something that's very out of character for her. What do you think is going on? Where is she and why does she tell Rebecca she's alright when clearly something is wrong?
