Pls help trying to conceive from past 3 years?

i want to know that while having if a man just inserts in and moves off within or after 5 min does the sperm travel up is it normal that a man moves off within 5 min my husband wants to know that he fells little sensitive skin on the tip of his and feels while having that the semen will come out soon if he or i touch with finger and as soon as he inserts in the his semen comes out and is reliefed is this normal that if a man as soon as he inserts in the the semen comes out he wants to know whether this is possible pls ans seriously thanks
