Am I a dork because of how I talk/what I say?

Wow you're really intelligent for a girl in your age. I mean the way a person projects his or opinion and thoughts gives a glimpse of his or her personality. And your personality seems too complicated for your friends to keep up with. The entire meaning behind adjectives such as DORK and NERD all have relations to intelligence but people don't like to admit referring to intelligence at all. So I personally think that you're perfectly OK and you're very educated. That's all. Don't allow outside influences keep you behind.
