Everything there looks compatible but you won't need the Artic cooling thermal paste unless your buying a aftermarket CPU cooler as your CPU comes with a stock cooler which will do fine unless you overclock. Also you don't need a 650w PSU unless of course you are wanting to upgrade in the future as a for a 5830 a 450 80% Eff will do. Also if you can get a 64MB cache HD.
