If Tom Brady would have refused to come out of a game would that be the same as Brett Favre refuseing?

Bill Belichick has way more control over HIS team then Brad Childress who basically allowed Favre to say no it's not your team it's mine and I'm gonna do what I want which is not a good mentality to have at this point in the season especially when you have lost two embarring games in the past couple of weeks
