Releasing detainees to countries that don't want them?

Well I would figure that the majority of them came from either Iraq or Afghanistan, so if they cannot be prosecuted by lack of evidence or are found not guilty they will be released. Which they will be sent back to the country they came from now if they are in fact not able to go back to the country of their or gin there will be a chance that they could wind up in the U.S. but or another country of there choosing. If they wind up in the U.S. the government will in fact keep close watch of these individuals.
