Can having a baby before boot camp cause problems?

I recently joined the navy and i ship out for boot camp in septmber. Recently i found out that i am going to be a father. We are not married but engaged. There is no way for us to get married before i ship out for insurance reasons. Every month at the navy office we have a dep meeting and we have to fill out a paper that asks you several different questions. On it it asks if you recently found out if you are to be a father of an unborn child. I was wondering if that will cause any problems with my shipping out to boot camp
